The advice of the federal ministry of health or other health organization on
smoking and to smokers

It is quite obvious that in every advertisement of any smoker or cigarettes or the news either on the radio, television it is always announced that the federal ministry of health warns that smokers are liable to die young. But, I wonder why the health ministries don’t ban the advertisement of cigarettes on the media in as much that it is harmful to the human’s health if they cannot ban those producing such harmful thing that can cause many damages to the human’s health.
